(Actually as long as you specify the root it probably wont matter but It's quicker cuz the path is shorter to find actually it's instananeous once you hit the enter buttonĬ:\$Recycle.Bin, Are you sure (Y/N)? y (hit enter) So what I did was go to the command prompt, made sure I wast at the root = C:\ and just removed the folder (directory) the old fashioned way OK Solution Found: The registry cleaner did not work because the recycler error message popped up every time it tried to repair the registry.
